To ensure a smooth and secure transaction process, all customers are kindly requested to review and comply with the following payment terms
1. Full Payment Prior to Shipment
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Goods will not be released, dispatched, or scheduled for shipment until the full payment has been received and successfully confirmed.
2. Authorized Payment Account
All payments must be remitted exclusively to the official bank account details stated on the relevant invoice or payment instructions issued by our company. Customers are advised to verify payment details before initiating any transaction.
3. Invoice Number & Payment Reference
Customers must include the invoice number in the payment reference when making a payment. This enables us to accurately identify and process the transaction without unnecessary delays.
4. Wise & International Transfers
Payments made through Wise or other international payment services may be subject to additional charges resulting from applicable exchange-rate fluctuations, intermediary fees, or transaction costs. Any such additional charges, where applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
5. Payment Confirmation
Please allow 2–3 business days for payments to be received, processed, and confirmed. Shipment arrangements will only proceed following successful confirmation of the full payment.
6. Deposit Refund Policy
Where a deposit is eligible for a refund, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting applicable banking and transaction charges, together with 25% of the applicable service charges.
Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the customer in accordance with our applicable refund policy and processing procedures.
7. Payment Verification
For security and compliance purposes, we reserve the right to verify the source and status of any payment before confirming an order or proceeding with shipment.
8. Important Notice
Customers should retain their payment receipt or transaction confirmation until the payment has been officially acknowledged by our company. We cannot be held responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts or through payment details obtained from unofficial sources.
